Full Root-level Access in VPS Servers
If you obtain a VPS servers from our company, you will have full root-level access in three cases - if the server includes no website hosting Control Panel at all, or if you select cPanel during the order process. In the first case, you'll be able to modify each part of the system from a Secure Shell console, while in the second, you can still use SSH to connect and to make modifications, yet you will also have a graphical interface at your disposal to control your web content and many of the system settings. The root access makes our virtual server plans a very good choice in case you want to run any kind of software which you cannot install in a standard shared web hosting account. With the last Control Panel option - Hepsia, you'll be able to connect via SSH and to take care of the content on the hosting server, however, the root access rights are more restricted.
Full Root-level Access in Dedicated Servers
Each dedicated server that we supply features full root-level access, if the server is ordered without a Control Panel, or with cPanel. If you would like to set up and run heavy, resource-demanding apps and they have special requirements with regard to the server software setting that cannot be fulfilled by a conventional shared web hosting plan, our servers will be the optimal solution. Without Control Panel at hand, you're able to access the server and change its settings as well as the content that you upload with a console, whereas with cPanel you will use a graphical interface to take care of everything related to your online content, as well as most server-side settings. Needless to say, if you get a dedicated server with no Control Panel, you may always install some third-party software tool manually, as long as it is compatible with the OS that you have chosen at registration. When you select our Hepsia Control Panel from the order page, you'll have restricted root access, yet you can still perform quite a lot of things through a Secure Shell console.
