An electronic mailing list is a collection of email addresses that get the exact same message simultaneously. When you send a message to the mailing list address, it will be forwarded to all the addresses on that list automatically, but none of the receivers will become aware of who the other recipients are. In the general case, people have to register for a mailing list, but sometimes mailboxes are added manually without the consent of their owners. Based on the specific mailing list administration software, you may also be able to add new subscribers, so users will not be able to subscribe to a mailing list unless you authorize their request. The mailing list feature is rather useful if you would like to send regular newsletters or some other kind of regular announcements to customers, as you’ll need to send a single email message and all the mailing list subscribers will get it instantly. Mailing Lists in Semi-dedicated Servers

The Email Manager tool, which is integrated into our Hepsia Control Panel, will allow you to configure multiple electronic mailing lists if you host your domain names in a semi-dedicated server account with us. Setting up a brand-new list is truly easy – you will only need to insert an admin address and pass and the mailbox from which your messages will be sent to the users, and then to save them. Through the simple-to-work-with Email Manager tool, you can also delete existing mailing lists in case you don’t need them any longer. Using straightforward commands, you’ll be able to see a list of all the subscribers for a particular mailing list, to approve new subscription requests, to remove subscribers, etcetera. The software application that we use is called Majordomo and it includes quite a few options, that you can access and edit.
