Your virtual server will be included in a custom–built server monitoring software system and the second there’s a sign of a trouble, our skilled tech support engineers will be alerted automatically.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Server isn’t the easiest job on earth. You will either have to use another server or your home computer, alternatively deploy some 3rd–party software. Our company offers a considerably simpler way with our Managed Services deal. We will make a complete backup copy of your server each week, so you never need to be scared of losing critical information. Last but not least we can always restore a backup really fast. All the backups are placed on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with a nearly endless number of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software apps. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It is an integral part of our Managed Services deal, which allows you to call for any of our proficient system administrators to install and configure any software package and to fix any issue that you’re having with your virtual server.

Our Managed Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an optional feature with the KVM VPS Servers.
